Our family would like to provide long-term homestay to EN native speaker (female,>35yrs is preferred).
The house (170sqm) are located in Ya Yun Cun (Olympic Area) near to the 4th ring road. 10min's walk to Subway No.5, DA TUN LU DONG station; 0.5hr to BLCU by bicycle, 20min to UIBE. You will have an 1br room (16sqm)+ private bathroom in the 2nd floor of the house where have a separate entrance to take elevator directly. It's a sunny room with simple furnitures, air-condition and wireless, and there also have a gazebo on the roof of my house.
If you are an english native speaker, non-smoking, love kids, and would like to stay with a Chinese family, please contact Tina @ 86-13911572278. All the following items are included in the package:
*Free supper from Monday to Friday (Chinese food);
*Fixed timetable for 5hr/week language exchange;
*Free wireless Internet connection;
*Room clean-up once a week;
*Free cold/hot water, air-conditioning, electricity & gas, washing machine.
The rent is 2000 Yuan each month and is paid every quarter (3 months rent). One month deposit is required.
